Concentrati su qualcosa di piacevole, cercando di allontanare le preoccupazioni della giornata; ti potrebbero aiutare anche alcuni esercizi di respirazione, o praticare yoga;<\/li><li>Segui uno\u00a0<strong>stile di vita corretto<\/strong>, senza eccedere in alcol, fumo e cibo, soprattutto prima di andare a dormire;<\/li><li>Indossa un pigiama o una camicia da notte\u00a0<strong>comodi<\/strong>, e fai una\u00a0<strong>doccia<\/strong>\u00a0o un\u00a0<strong>bagno caldo<\/strong>\u00a0prima di dormire: questo costituisce un buon rimedio, piacevole e
