La camminata veloce \u00e8 indicata sempre: favorisce il ritorno venoso dagli arti al cuore e stimola, quindi, la circolazione e lo smaltimento dei liquidi in eccesso, accelerando il metabolismo e aiutando a bruciare i grassi. La frequenza ideale? 20\/30 minuti al giorno tutti i giorni o a giorni alterni.<\/li><li><strong>Appena sveglie depuratevi e mettete in moto il metabolismo con mezzo limone spremuto in un bicchiere d&#8217;acqua tiepida<\/strong>. Il limone, contrariamente a quanto si pensa, non \u00e8 acidificante, al contrario: nel corpo l&#8217;acido citrico aiuta a riequilibrare il ph dell&#8217;organismo, spesso troppo acido e di conseguenza terreno fertile per l&#8217;insorgenza di infiammazioni e patologie, tra le quali la cellulite.<\/li><li><strong>Nutrite i capelli a ogni lavaggio<\/strong>: I capelli nutriti e idratati poco e male durante le vacanze, si trasformeranno in cespugli aridi, ispidi e difficili da gestire una volta rientrate in citt\u00e0.<\/li><li><strong>Iniziate sempre il pasto con un piatto di verdura mista, cruda o cotta, o d&#8217;insalata<\/strong>: \u00e8 una porzione ipocalorica (se condita con poco olio) che riempie lo stomaco e aiuta a raggiungere prima il senso di saziet\u00e0, ottimo escamotage per mantenere la linea.<\/li><li><strong>Non saltare mai la colazione<\/strong>: \u00e8 consigliabile cominciare la colazione entro i primi 30\/40 minuti dal risveglio per dare al corpo lo start adeguato per la giornata, dal risveglio muscolare alle attivit\u00e0 lavorative. La prima colazione deve fornire all&#8217;organismo un mix di carboidrati, proteine, vitamine e sali minerali.
